Engineering & Design

JFT uses the latest in tools and software for design of your aggregate processing plant. From standalone structures and equipment, to complete systems, JFT can provide you with multiple material flow scenarios, and impressive steel structures certain to meet your rugged requirements.

Fabrication

JFT’s fabrication shop is manned with a well trained team operating the latest in CNC plasma, drill, saw, and press brake equipment, capable of producing an average of 40,000 lbs. per week in heavy steel fabrication. We offer a complete array of support structures and towers, truck dump boxes and hoppers, and chute systems. All of which can be of standard or custom design to best fit your needs.

Equipment

JFT offers a wide variety of belt conveyors and radial stackers in standard or custom sizes. We also are also a dealer for multiple types of bare, portable, and track mounted processing equipment, such as crushers, shredders, grinders, screens, vibratory feeders, and washing or dewatering machines. Each machine can be specified for your specific application, thus insuring the maximum performance and throughput.

Installation & Field Maintenance

JFT’s field crew is manned with experienced, MSHA Part 46, trained and certified team members. They are fully equipped with JFT owned and operated 40-ton and 75-ton rough terrain and road cranes, forklifts, and man lifts. We offer both greenfield and retrofit structural and machinery installation services. We are also well equipped to conduct plant outage maintenance projects.

Parts & Service Support

JFT is a stocking distributor for replacements parts of all brands for which we are a dealer, plus aftermarket parts for some additional brands. We offer both in-house factory trained, and manufacturer service technicians to provide you with round-the-clock service for your machinery. With the available use of JFT cranes, no job is too large. Furthermore, we offer service and repair seminars for all brands for which we are a dealer.
